These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Arch Hardware, LLC.

1. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless specified.

2. Custom Fabrication

  • Any modification to standard catalog products—including size, finish, or configuration—is considered a custom order.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

3. Sales Tax

  • We collect applicable Texas sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Texas, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic shipping (U.S.): All orders are shipped FOB Sealy, TX.
  • We use UPS for small packages. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders exceeding 8 feet in length or 150 pounds may require freight shipping.
  • Some freight options are available at checkout; for large or complex orders, please contact us for an accurate freight quote.
  • International shipping (Canada): We offer UPS Ground service to Canada.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Damage Claims

  • Arch Hardware, LLC is not liable for damage sustained during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
  • Customers must file damage claims directly with the carrier and follow the carrier’s deadlines and procedures.

6. Payment Terms

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • All online orders must be paid in full before shipping.
  • Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.

7. Product Warranty

  • We offer a one-year limited warranty on all products from the date of shipment.
  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and includes replacement or repair of non-conforming products.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Only standard catalog items are eligible for return.
  • Custom products, special orders, and bulk orders (50+ units) are not returnable.
  • Return process: You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of shipment.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days of RAN issuance.
  • Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
