Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the methods, timing, and conditions under which payments are accepted for purchases made through Arch Hardware, LLC.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
• Payments may also be accepted by phone or in person.

2. Payment Processing

• Credit and debit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
• Payments are processed securely through Braintree and PayPal.
• All transactions are conducted using PCI-compliant standards.

3. Order Completion & Payment Timing

• Orders must be paid in full before processing or shipment.
• Limited trade account terms (e.g., Net 30) may be available at the company’s discretion and are not publicly advertised.
• Deposits are required for custom orders and bulk purchases.

4. Payment Issues & Declines

• If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
• Arch Hardware, LLC reserves the right to cancel orders for failed payments, suspicious activity, or suspected fraud.
• We reserve the right to verify payment information and may request additional documentation before processing certain orders.

5. Cancellations & Processing Fees

• Customers may cancel orders only for standard catalog items and prior to shipment.
• Bulk orders (over 50 units) and custom products cannot be canceled once placed.
• Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.

6. Sales Tax

• Arch Hardware, LLC collects applicable Texas sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Texas, in accordance with state and local tax laws.
• Customers with a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate must provide documentation prior to placing an order so their account can be updated accordingly.

7. Invoicing & Receipts

• Customers automatically receive an email receipt upon payment.
• Printable invoices are available upon request for business customers.
