This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are processed.
1. Return Eligibility
- Standard catalog items may be returned in accordance with this policy.
- Custom products, special orders, and bulk orders (50+ units) are not returnable.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Opened items may be returned only if they are unused and undamaged.
- Arch Hardware, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Return Timeframe
- Customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of the shipment date.
- After a RAN is issued, the returned product must be received within 15 days.
3. Return Process
- To begin a return, request a RAN by phone or through our website contact form.
- The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
- Returns should be shipped to our main business address (listed below).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Arch Hardware does not provide prepaid return labels.
5. Restocking Fees & Deductions
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
- Store credit and exchanges are not offered.
7. Unauthorized Returns
- Returns received without a valid RAN may be refused.
- Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
