Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Standard catalog items may be returned in accordance with this policy.
  • Custom products, special orders, and bulk orders (50+ units) are not returnable.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • Opened items may be returned only if they are unused and undamaged.
  • Arch Hardware, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • After a RAN is issued, the returned product must be received within 15 days.

3. Return Process

  • To begin a return, request a RAN by phone or through our website contact form.
  • The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
  • Returns should be shipped to our main business address (listed below).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Arch Hardware does not provide prepaid return labels.

5. Restocking Fees & Deductions

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
  • Store credit and exchanges are not offered.

7. Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns received without a valid RAN may be refused.
  • Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
