All prices are quoted FOB Sealy, TX unless otherwise noted. We use UPS as a carrier for small packages. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
If your order is longer than 8' and/or heavier than 150 pounds, UPS small packages will not handle it. Regular freight shipment will be needed, our website can handle some freight requirement, for large quantity please contact us for a better price accuracy.
We propose UPS Ground service to Canada, our prices do not includes dues & duties.
Arch Hardware, Inc. is not liable for any damages to goods sustained during shipment. Buyer is responsible for filing any damage claims with freight carriers and is subject to the rules of the freight carriers regarding the timing and processing of claims.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal. All orders placed on the web site will need to be paid for with a credit card prior to shipping. All cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee of 10%.
At Arch Hardware, LLC. we warranty our products for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment to the original buyer. We will replace or repair products not in conformity when returned during the warranty period. This warranty is void if the goods have been damaged by accident, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other than Arch Hardware.
Only catalog items may be returned (no custom parts will be accepted). Buyer must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping any product back. Buyer must request a RAN within thirty (30) days of the date of the shipment in order to be considered and the product must be returned within 15 days of issuance of RAN at buyer's expense. Arch Hardware will not issue a RAN for any custom made product/ special order/bulk order over 50 units. All return goods should be in a resalable condition, after inspection a credit will be issued as originally billed minus freight and handling & restocking fee. Handling and restocking charge of 25% will apply.
All unauthorized returns will be refused.
